Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. Similarly, all consultations, numerology reports, Vastu services, and other digital or one-on-one services are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed or delivered, as they involve extensive preparation and customized insight.
